We choose to be members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and The Property Ombudsman (TPOS)and to work within the guidelines of best practice provided by these associations. We are fully regulated by these bodies and this provides our landlords and tenants with the assurance that they will receive the highest level of customer service.  We are also a member of the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFOPP) Client Money Protection Scheme and the MyDeposits deposit protection scheme.
