COVID-19 - IMPORTANT INFORMATION
How Thames Lettings can help you
Firstly, and most importantly, we hope that you and your families are well. Following the government's advice our office will be remaining open, though given the ongoing situation with COVID-19 and the Omicron variant we are taking the following steps to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients, employees and the general public.
- Visits to our office will be by appointment only. If you are searching for a suitable property, or you are a landlord wishing to let your property, we would ask that you please contact us by telephone or email in the first instance. We are here and ready to assist you.
- If you are looking for a property, where possible we can initially arrange a virtual video viewing, allowing you to assess the property from the comfort of your own home. If the property is of interest we can then arrange for one of our team to meet you at the property to do a physical viewing whilst following social distancing guidelines.
- Our team will wear a face covering when meeting you and will observe social distancing for the protection of all parties. We may also ask you if you have had / are suffering any symptoms of COVID-19 before any visits.
By taking these steps we can offer you the personal service we have always provided, while keeping all parties as safe as possible.
If you are a landlord with a property you are considering letting please do get in touch.
