We know landlords have different requirements from their letting agent.  Thames Lettings offers three levels of service to suit.


Level 1:  Letting Only
13.2% (11% + VAT)

Level 2:  Letting & Rent Collection
14.4% (12% + VAT)

Level 3:  Letting, Rent Collection & Property Management
18% (15% + VAT)

Energy Perfomance Certificate (EPC) - valid for 10 years for letting purposes
Approx. £100

Prices include VAT.  These fees are not exact and will depend on the contractor instructed but can be used as a guide.

Referral Fees
We may on occasion accept third party commissions from contractors and suppliers.  For the avoidance of doubt the acceptance of such commissions will not increase the cost paid by the Landlord.


Client Money Protection
Thames Lettings is a member of the  Propertymark Client Money Protection Scheme. More details are available in Propertymark's Conduct and Membership Rules.

Redress Scheme

Thames Lettings is a member of The Property Ombudsman (TPOS).  Please see our In-house complaints procedure.
