We use qualified and insured contractors with a track record of carrying out maintenance works to a high standard and at a reasonable cost.  Your property is one of your biggest investments and we take care to ensure this is maintained to the right standard.  By using the right contractors we complete repairs quickly and efficiently ensuring your tenant is satisfied and content in your property.

Looking after administration, so you don't have to

Managing a property takes time and and an organised approach.  We look after the day to day running of your tenancy, managing the relationship with your tenant and arranging maintenance and safety inspections as needed.  We collect  and monitor rental payments, providing you with monthly statements and we can arrange payment of service charge and ground rent invoices if requested.  We can also provide you with annual statements to allow to easily complete your tax return.

A smooth transition between tenancies

There is much to think about when a tenancy ends and another begins.  We arrange inventory visits and handle the transfer of utility and council tax accounts to ensure everything is up to date and bills are paid.  We also manage the negotiation and return of the tenant's deposit.  We will also advise about any redecoration or updating which may be of benefit and can arrange these works for you in order to ensure your property attracts the right tenant.
