Sellers' fees

Sales Fee Calculation
Fees are calculated as a percentage (%) of the sale price achieved + VAT at the prevailing rate. As fees are based on a percentage of the price achieved, should this be higher or lower than the asking price, the fee will be correspondingly higher or lower. For example on a Sole Agency instruction our fees of 1.5% for a £400,000 property would be £6,000 + VAT (£7,200 inc VAT).
Referral Fees
We may on occasion accept third party commissions from contractors and suppliers. For the avoidance of doubt the acceptance of such commissions will not increase the cost paid by vendors or buyers.

Thames Lettings is a member of The Property Ombudsman (TPOS). Please see our In-house complaints procedure.
